Do you accept returns/exchanges? Yes! As long as we are contacted within 30 days of shipping date. All products must be unused.
Do you do custom orders? Custom orders are only done when there is an allergy. Please send us a quick e-mail explaining the allergy and any preferred replacement. Extra charges may apply.
Are you vegan/cruelty free? Unfortunately we are not vegan at the time although we will come out with some vegan products so stay tuned! We are cruelty free as we d not test on animals.
I want to be a promoter for for you! How can I do that? Thank you so much for believing in my dream so much that you want to promote. Please contact us and I will reply personally with all the info!
Do you sell gift cards? We do! It's listed in the products and can either be sent digitally or through mail.
Do you ship internationally? We do although there will be higher shipping rates.
How many promo codes can I use? Only one per transaction!
My product was received damaged. Oh No! Please contact us within 30 days of shipping date and we'll send a replacement right away!
